Turkey Burger Wrap

 

4 oz. lean ground turkey burger

2 lettuce leaves\collard greens

Add veggies: diced tomato, red onion, diced cucumber, green onion, bell pepper.

Add up to 2 options: 1/4 cup hummus, 1 Tbsp. tahini, 1/4 cup avocado, 1/4 cup salsa, salt and pepper

 

Cook or bake the turkey. You can add spices (no egg or bread crumbs). Wrap the turkey burger in lettuce add as many veggies as you want, add up to 2 toppings. Enjoy!
