Berries Protein Cake

2 cups of rolled oats

1 scoop of protein powder (1/2 cup)

1 Tbsp. baking powder

1 1/2 cups of raspberries

1 1/2 cups of blackberries

1/4 cup of mini dark chocolate chips

Pinch of salt

1 ripe banana

2 large eggs

1 Tbsp. vanilla extract

3/4 cup of almond milk

3/4 cup egg white (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 F and spray 13X9 baking sheet

In a large bowl mash the banana and add eggs, vanilla extract and almond milk. Mix well and add the oats, protein, baking soda, raspberries, blackberries and chocolate chips.

Mix it and put the batter in the baking sheet. Bake on 350 F for 30 minutes.

* Protein can be substitute for 3/4 cup Greek yogurt, flour (whole wheat, oat, and coconut)
